Planned Unit Development - 5 Homes

Magna, Utah (7440 W. 2820 S.)

This five home planned unit development began in 2008 and should be completed by 2010. Support of this project was provided by Salt Lake County, The Salt Lake Home Builders Association, Coldwell Banker, Key Bank, Swett & Craford, Stewart Title and the Salt Lake community at large.

  Wenco Circle

Salt Lake City, Utah (1079 S. Wenco Cir.)

  This project is going to be a duplex built on a piece

  of property donated by Brent Hughes.  

  Construction started in 2007 and was completed in

  2008 and now housed two families

  This project was sponsored by

  The Salt Lake Board of Realtors and theThrivent

  Lutherans.

  The Nineth Street Project

  Tooele, Utah

  Future site of 5 homes.  Construction schedule

  not set yet. Partners and funding needed for this

  project.
