This sixteen home planned unit development began in 2002 and was completed in 2007. Support
of this project was provided by Salt Lake County, CoreNet Global,
Fidelity Investments, Delta Airlines, Discover Financial Services,
The George S. and Dolores Dore Eccles Foundation, The Marriner S.
Eccles Foundation, The Home Builders Association of Greater Salt
Lake, Utah Transit Authority Employees, the Estate of Thomas C.
Mathews Jr., the Church of Jesus Christ of Later day Saints Foundation,
Chevron Credit Bank N.A., Salt Lake ILC’s, Thrivent Lutheran
Foundation, MyFamily.com and the Salt Lake community at large.
Egli Court - 4 Homes
(Project Completed)
Salt Lake City, Utah (731 E. 700 S.)
The Egli Court project began in late 2005. All four homes will be completed in 2007. JSA architects are designing homes that will reflect the spirit and charm of the neighborhood.
The Villas at Hidden Creek - 4 homes
(Project Completed)
Sandy, Utah (9400 S. 700 W.)
The Villas were a unique type of build for Salt Lake Valley Habitat for Humanity. Four lots in The Villas were gifted to Habitat for Humanity by Bryson Garbett of Garbett Homes. The homes have been built in accordance to Habitat for Humanity standards of decent, affordable, housing as well as meeting the standards of the community. Support of this project has been provided by Garbett Homes, The Estate of Thomas C. Mathews Jr. and Chevron Credit Bank, N.A. Four families have moved in. Awarded Best Community of Utah by the Utah Homebuilders Association in 2004.
Wenco Circle
Salt Lake City, Utah (1079 S. Wenco Cir.)
This project is going to be a duplex built on a piece
of property donated by Brent Hughes.
Construction started in 2007 and will be completed in March 2008.This project sponsored by
The Salt Lake Board of Realtors and theThrivent
Lutherans.
